Mr. Amit Gupta, Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent No. 1 by filing vakalatnama, which be taken on record. He admits the factum of compromise between the parties. The compromise is marked as Ex. C-1 and affidavit of the appellant is marked as Ex. C-1/A. Both the counsel state that their clients shall remain bound by this compromise (Ex.C-1). Let it be so.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that in view of the compromise, he be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. Permission is granted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn as compromised.
