(Oral) The present petition has been filed for the quashing of an FIR No.747 dated 19.12.2018 under Sections 494, 506, 420 IPC with Police Station Safidon, District Jind and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Mr. Vikrant Pamboo, DAG, Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. He submits that the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been submitted. After that charges have been framed and statement of the prosecution witnesses are being recorded.
