**** (Through Video conferencing) RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Perusal of the record would show that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 02.03.2021 and 22.04.2021. Today also, none has come present on behalf of the petitioner.

Interim bail was granted to the petitioner on 17.12.2019 till the next date of hearing i.e. 20.02.2020. There was no extension of interim bail sought by the petitioner and granted by the Court at any point of time. Learned State counsel submitted before the Court on 22.04.2021 that the petitioner has not visited his house after grant of interim bail in his favour. CRM-M No.47457 of 2019(O&M) Investigating Officer was directed to file specific affidavit, showing the efforts made by the police in arresting the petitioner after expiry of his interim bail till date.

In compliance of the said order, Jitender Singh, DSP, City Jind has filed his affidavit, mentioning the efforts made by the police in order to arrest the petitioner after expiry of period of his interim bail. The efforts have been narrated in para No.5 of the affidavit with reference to the dates and raids conducted by the police.

Learned State counsel submits that as of now, PO proceedings are pending against the petitioner. In view of aforesaid status of the case, this Court has no other alternative, but to dismiss the present petition. The present petition is accordingly dismissed.
