NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the retiral benefits to the petitioner on his superannuation and further to release the family pension to the petitioner as has been granted to similarly situated retiree employees vide letter dated 05.11.2009. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondents to grant interest on the delayed payment as per the circular dated 24.08.1992 on all the pensionary benefits. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh one, on the same cause of action, with better particulars.
