Today at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that although this petition had earlier been filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR on merits but subsequently during the pendency of the petition, the parties have amicably resolved the matter and an another petition bearing CRM-M-24108-2019 was filed seeking quashing on the grounds of compromise as the parties had amicably resolved their issues and in fact the son of the petitioners and his wife/complainant are residing together happily. It has thus been submitted that in view of the aforesaid GAURAV SOROT 2019.10.24 15:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
