The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to direct respondent No.4 not to harass, humiliate and defame the petitioners by moving the false complaints against them and to decide their representation dated 16.08.2023. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
