(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the remaining 50% of retiral/pensionary benefits of their late father namely Rakesh Kumar son of Mehta Tarlok Nath Dutta, who was working as Assistant Lineman and all the consequential benefits arising therefrom along with arrears and allowances as permissible to the late employee as per the Rules along with interest @ 18% per annum.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one, on the same cause of action, with better particulars.
