(Oral) The petitioners have preferred this writ petition for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the official respondents to prepare the wardbandi of Village New Dhapai, Block Qadian, Tehsil Batala, District Gurdaspur in accordance with law. The grievance as projected by the petitioners is sub-judice before the Deputy Commissioner, Gurdaspur - respondent No. 3 in the form of a representation dated 01.09.2023 which has not been adhered to by the said authority till date.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners would be satisfied in case their pending representation dated 01.09.2023 is directed to be decided within a time bound manner.
