(ORAL) The present appeal is of the year 2018 which is still at the stage of preliminary hearing and the same is being repeatedly adjourned on request of learned counsel for the appellants. Today a request for an adjournment has been made on behalf of arguing counsel for the appellants on the ground that he is in personal difficulty. No ground is made out for any further adjournment. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
