ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent has stated that the land in dispute has already been sold in favour of the appellant. Hence, he submitted that the appeal has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has no instructions in this regard.
