SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has since been settled between the parties vide compromise dated 04.11.2014 (Annexure A-1), which has been signed by attorney of appellant and respondents.

Learned counsel for respondents no. 1 to 3 also admits that parties have settled the dispute inter se as per compromise (Annexure A-1). In view of settlement of dispute, learned counsel for parties seeks disposal of the appeal as per terms mentioned in the compromise. In view of submissions of learned counsel for parties, the appeal is disposed of as per terms mentioned in the compromise (Annexure A-1), which shall be read as part of this order.
