*** Nidhi Gupta, J. (Oral) The matter pertains to the year 2015. A perusal of the order sheets reveals that when the case was taken up on different dates i.e. 06.12.2018, 24.04.2019, 01.04.2022, 15.07.2022 and 29.01.2024, none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, the position is the same as nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in the pursuing the instant petition.
