H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants states that the matter has since been compromised between the parties vide written compromise dated 3.4.2019, which has been acted upon. The execution application filed by the present respondent, which was pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rupnagar, has since been withdrawn as satisfied and Execution Court has passed an order in that regard on 15.5.2019. A photocopy of the agreement, which is in Punjabi and a typed copy of the order passed by the Executing Court, have been placed on the record.
