Mr. Dinesh Nagar, Advocate for respondent No.2. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) It is not disputed that the earlier anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner was dismissed on merits on 10.4.2019. There is no substantial change in circumstances so as to justify entertainment of second anticipatory bail application.
Although the learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the matter has been compromised amongst the parties, but the learned counsel for the complainant has point blank denied the said assertion. In these circumstances, this Court does not find any ground for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition is sans merit and is hereby dismissed.
