**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) On 18.08.2025, the following order was passed:- "The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.PC is for quashing of the order dated 11.03.2025 (Annexure P-7) passed by the Judge, Special Court, Jalandhar in case FIR No.02 dated 06.01.2021 under Sections 18, 25, 29 of NDPs Act at Police Station Cantt., Jalandhar City, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar, Punjab, whereby the bail of the petitioner was cancelled and his bail bonds and surety bonds were forfeited and non-bailable warrants had been issued against him.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that on account of registration of another FIR, the petitioner was unable to appear before the Trial Court between 24.07.2024 and 01.03.2025 because of which the impugned order (Annexure P-7) came to be passed. He states that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings once again.

Notice of motion for 19.09.2025.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one

-2week from today and subject to a deposit of Rs.25,000/- as costs with the Punjab and Haryana High Court Employees Welfare Association, A/c No.37167209613, State Bank of India, High Court Branch, Chandigarh, IFSC Code:SBIN0050306, he shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

A copy of the receipt depositing a sum of Rs.25,000/- with the aforesaid Association as well as a copy of the order granting interim bail to the petitioner be produced in the Court on the next date of hearing." Thereafter, on 19.09.2025,the following order was passed:- "CRM-37031-2025 This is an application seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 18.08.2025 passed by this Court. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The petitioner is granted one more week's time to surrender before the Trial Court in terms of the order dated 18.08.2025.

This application stands disposed of.

On request, adjourned to 26.09.2025 "

Thereafter, on 26.09.2025, the following order was passed:- "On account of the Bar having suspended work at Jalandhar, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks yet another week's time to surrender before the Trial Court in terms of the order dated 18.08.2025.

List again on 31.10.2025.

The petitioner is granted one more week's time to surrender before the Trial Court in terms of the order dated 18.08.2025."

None appears for the petitioner.

The learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the

-3petitioner is in custody in another case and therefore, cannot comply with the aforementioned order.

In view of the above, I find no merit in the present petition, and the same stands dismissed.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
