Present appeal pertains to the year 2018. A perusal of the file reveals that none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant on the last five dates i.e. on 22.10.2018, 26.08.2019, 21.01.2020, 20.09.2023 and 03.10.2023. On 09.01.2024, Mr. Rishabh Gupta, Advocate had put in appearance and sought time to file his vakalatnama but today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the case being called twice. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
