No one appeared on behalf of the appellant on 23.07.2018 and 02.11.2018. On 18.11.2019, adjournment was sought and granted on the request made on behalf of arguing counsel for the appellant. Thereafter, on 22.09.2023, again there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. As per direction given to the Registry, counsel for the appellant Mr. Yaseen Sethi, Advocate, and Mr. Harpreet Singh Jakhal, Advocate, were informed about fixing of date of hearing for today i.e. 07.12.2023, through E-mail, text messages and telephonically as well. Despite prior information of fixing of hearing in the present appeal by the Registry of this Court, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant even today.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
