(Oral) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that against the order dated 28.02.2019 (Annexure P-12), petitioner as per the provisions of Rule 9 of Haryana Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules 2016 preferred an appeal dated 15.07.2019 (Annexure P-14) before the Managing Director, Haryana State Warehousing Corporation, Panchkula i.e. Executive Committee of Haryana State Warehousing Corporation but no action has been taken so far. Notice of motion.

On asking of Court, Mr. Gaurav Jindal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State.

CWP No.30706 of 2019 {2} Without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3/Managing Director to decide the appeal dated 15.07.2019 (Annexure P-14) by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, appeal is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
