In compliance of the order dated 3.10.2023, CJM, Jind recorded the statement of the alleged detenue. As per the statement which has been annexed as Flag 'X' the detenue has categorically stated that she did not wish to go to the petitioner and wanted to stay with her parents. In view of the report received from the CJM., Jind learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition be disposed of accordingly. Nothing survives in the present petition. The same is disposed of accordingly.
