This is an application for withdrawal of the main appeal. 4.

Though notice of motion was issued on 22.08.2023 and the respondents stand duly served, however, none has put in appearance on their behalf till date. Since the present application is for simpliciter withdrawal of the appeal, the present application is allowed.
