The petitioner, aged 64 years, who appears in person, assails order dated 06.11.2024 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Disciplinary Committee of The Bar Council of India in DC Appeal No.36/2024, vide which the Disciplinary Committee while considering the statement made by the petitioner for withdrawal of his appeal subject to the condition that the costs of Rs.50,000/- as imposed on him by the State Bar Council is waived off, disposed off the appeal by reducing the costs from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.10,000/-. 2.
Mr. Nitin Sachdeva, Advocate, upon whom advance copy of petition was served, has put in appearance for respondent No.3 and has fairly stated that respondent No.3 would not have any objection for complete waiver DIWAKER GULATI 2025.08.19 10:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
