(Oral) After arguing for some time realizing the fact that decree of the trial Court ordering for refund of Rs.1,00,000/- alongwith interest @ 8% per annum, was set aside by the Lower Appellate Court but on perusal of the decree, it is revealed that the decree in is in affirmation of the trial Court, learned counsel for the appellant seeks withdrawal of the present appeal. Ordered accordingly.
