The present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.125 dated 04.10.2021 under Sections 354, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 10, 14 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Women Police Station, District Kaithal. 2.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Manjit Kaur, has contended that the petitioner in the present case has since been convicted vide judgment dated 25.05.2023.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
