(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the official respondents to take action against respondents No.5 to 7 by suspending/removing them as they remained absent for more than two consecutive months from the meetings of the Gram Panchayat, without any reasonable cause.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if appropriate directions are issued to the concerned authorities to decide the representation dated 04.08.2025 (Annexure P-9) submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. 3.
