Instant revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for setting aside order dated 31.07.2023, Annexure P-1, passed by learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana, in Execution Application bearing No.445 of 2017, titled as "Food Corporation of India Versus M/s Tajpur Rice and General Mills", dismissing the objection filed by the petitioner.

While placing on record a xerox copy of order dated 14.09.2024, passed by learned Lok Adalat, Ludhiana, counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled and in pursuance to the settlement, petitioner has deposited the amount. He states that the instant petition has become infructuous.
