The present appeal pertains to the year 2015. Till date the order dated 15.03.2022 has not been complied with inasmuch as no specific affidavit in respect of the claim of condonation of delay in filing the appeal has been filed by the appellants.

Today none has appeared on behalf of the appellants despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
