From the assertions made by the Learned State counsel, it is further evident that the name of the petitioner is specifically named in the FIR and
specific overt act has been attributed to him. The MLR further reveals for specific injury on the person of the complainant out of which injuries NO. 1, 3, 4 are stated to have been caused by sharp edged weapon. One injury over the occipital region has also been suffered by Tanish Babbar, therefore, no grant of anticipatory bail is made out to the petitioner especially when the weapon of offence is yet to be recovered.
