CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present writ petition is for quashing of impugned transfer orders dated 22.08.2019 (Annexure P-1) and 13.09.2019 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner represented online to respondents against the impugned transfer orders 22.08.2019 (Annexure P-1) and 13.09.2019 (Annexure P-2) but no action has been taken so far.

The impugned orders are dated 22.08.2019 and 13.09.2019, thus, it would not be appropriate for this Court to break cycle of transfers. Respondents are directed to dispose of the online representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Court after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioner by passing a reasonable speaking order, in accordance with transfer policy.
