(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.81, dated 09.07.2024, under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.4, District Patiala.

Learned State counsel has produced the custody certificate of the petitioner, which is taken on record. He submits that Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act, 2012, was added on 10.07.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available under the law, in view of the fact that Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act, 2012 was added on 10.07.2024. Prayer is accepted.
