Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 - S.H.O., Police Station Focal Point, Ludhiana to look into the matter and to ensure that the investigation pertaining to FIR No.0017, dated 31.1.2023 registered at Police Station Focal Point, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana under Sections 279, 304-A and 427 of Indian Penal Code, is concluded at the earliest by taking into account all the relevant facts and circumstances, so that a final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is submitted thereafter at the earliest.
