(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to take action against the private respondents in FIR No.177 dated 02.08.2022 registered under Sections 457, 380 IPC at Police Station Dharmkot, District Moga and to decide the representation filed by the petitioner.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gurdev Singh, has raised an objection that the matter is still under investigation as the police is looking into the CCTV footage, therefore, the present petition is premature in view of judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in "Niharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Vs. State of Maharashtra and others", 2021 SCC (Online) SC 315.
