The aforesaid petition was filed on 15.07.2025 by State of Haryana. The appeal was approved by the Registry, however, submission of the hard copy is mandatory, but till date the learned counsel has not furnished the hard copy of the petition.

As per order decision of the Hon'ble Computer Committee dated 28.05.2025, duly approved by the Hon'ble Chief Justice on 31.05.2025, any case filed through e-filing in which the hard copy is not submitted within one month shall be listed before the Hon'ble Bench after printing only, Index, Head Note, Memo of Parties and Brief Synopsis.

Keeping in view of the aforesaid factual matrix, no further order is required to be passed on the case file. Disposed of accordingly. 4.
