The present petition has been filed seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 187 dated 30.07.2025 registered at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur under Sections 333, 74, 115(2), 191(1) and 190 of BNS, 2023. 2.

Despite second call, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in Court today and same was the position on the last date of hearing also. It apparently seems that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the petitioner to file it afresh, in case, any cogent cause of action survives.
