(Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C is seeking direction to official respondents to properly investigate the matter arising out of FIR No.775 dated 19.11.2018 under Section 346 IPC, registered at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak.

On the last date, following order was passed: "The matter is listed after considerable time. Let the Registry be directed to inform the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Adjourned to 20.12.2022.

Learned State counsel submits that earlier cancellation report was filed and in view of direction of Magistrate vide order dated 29.08.2022 further investigation is in progress."

As per office report, learned counsel for the petitioner has been informed through e-mail, however, there is no representation of the petitioner. The matter is pending since 2019. In view of statement of learned State counsel and absence of petitioner, it appears that petitioner has lost his interest and present petition has become infructuous.
