For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and Annexures R-1 and R-2 are taken on record. CR-6652-2019 The DH-respondent No.1 and the JD-respondent No.3 have since entered into a compromise. 2023:PHHC:065064 CR-6652-2019 (O&M) -2- (Annexure R-2) had been recorded before the Executing Court vide order dated 28.03.2023. In the order dated 28.03.2023 (Annexure R-1) passed by the Executing Court, Yamuna Nagar, it has been noticed that the parties have stated that they have entered into a compromise and that by virtue of the compromise the DH-respondent No.1 has received the settled amount and the execution is fully satisfied and that there was no outstanding and that the DH-respondent No.1 does not wish to proceed further with the execution.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
