The present revision petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 07.08.2023 passed by the learned Rent Controller, Kapurthala whereby the application filed by the petitioner for dismissal of the petition under the Punjab Rent Act, 1995 was dismissed.

As per the E-Courts website, District Court Kapurthala, the main rent petition being RENT-16-2021 itself stands dismissed as withdrawn before the National Lok Adalat vide order dated 11.05.2024. 3.

In view the of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
