Gurcharan Dass-respondent no.4 herein filed a suit for permanent and mandatory injunction for restraining the defendants, including appellant no.1-Inderjit Kaur from interfering or dispossessing him from the suit property mentioned in the head note of the plaint and seeking mandatory injunction directing respondents 2 to 4 (functionaries of the Punjab State Electricity Board) from removing the electric connection installed in the suit property.

The said suit was dismissed by learned Addl.Civil Judge (Senior Division)Phagwara, vide judgment and decree dated 19.2.2013. Aggrieved against the same, Gurcharan Dass,plaintiff filed an appeal which was partly allowed by learned Additional District Judge Kapurthala vide judgment and decree dated 9.9.2014.

Now defendant no.1-Inderjit Kaur has filed the instant appeal Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.10.10 14:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
