***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach the Family Court concerned so as to seek the custody of minor child of petitioner No.3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Needless to mention, it shall be open to the petitioners to file an appropriate application seeking interim custody of the minor child alongwith a petition seeking custody of the minor child before the Family Court.
