The present petition has been filed for directions to the respondents No. 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioners under the guise of multiple inquiries in the complaints filed by the respondents No.4 and 5. 2.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only. 3.

Since advance notice had already been served upon the State, Mr. Parveen Kumar Aggarwal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3 and waives service. 4.

The learned State counsel, on the instructions of Mr. Raj Kumar, Assistant Sub Inspector, has informed that as of today, no complaint against the petitioners is pending before the police. 5.
