ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks quashing of impugned letter dated 14.10.2019 (Annexure P-3), vide which request of the petitioner for issuance of No Objection Certificate and Experience Certificate has been declined. Further prayer has been made to allow the petitioner to appear for interview on 23.10.2019 for the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Dentistry for AIIMS, Bathinda at PGIMER, Chandigarh.

Learned State counsel points out that pursuant to interim order dated 19.10.2019 passed by this Court, petitioner was issued provisional No Objection Certificate and Experience Certificate. on the basis of her performance and merit including the interview. He further submits that even if relief sought by the petitioner is granted and the writ petition is allowed, even then the same would not serve any purpose since despite participation in the selection process as well as interview, petitioner has remained unsuccessful. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
