Mr. Ram Kumar Chauhan, Advocate for the petitioners. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU,J The grievance of the petitioner is that his only son died under suspicious circumstances on 12.4.2019. Thereafter, his daughter-in-law along with his minor grandson aged about 5 years ran away from the house after taking away valuable articles besides cash amount of Rs.60,000/-. The petitioner suspects their role in the death of his son. He has submitted representation (P.2) addressed to the SSP, Hoshiarpur, however, no action thereon has been taken.

Mr. Ramandeep Singh Sandhu, Sr. DAG, Punjab has accepted notice on behalf of State of Punjab.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to SSP-Hoshiarpur-respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as raised by him in the application (P.2) in accordance with law.
