(Oral) The matter was referred to mediation and the parties have settled the dispute and proposed settlement agreement duly signed by the parties and Mediator dated 11.08.2025 is placed on record and appellant as per the settlement has already paid a sum of Rs.5 lakh and counsel for the appellant undertakes to pay the remaining amount of Rs.10 lakh on the stipulated date in the settlement agreement and submits that in case the appellant failed to comply with the terms of the settlement then the amount already deposited be forfeited in favour of respondents and the appeal would be deemed to have been dismissed.
