ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this revision petition is to challenge the order dated 03.10.2019 vide which the prayer of the petitioners for grant of default bail under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C., was declined. Counsel for the State submits that the petitioners have already been granted the concession of regular bail and were released on bail on 23.12.2020.

In view of the above, no further action is called for. The petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
