(Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Section 407 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C, is seeking transfer of FIR No.0177 dated 15.12.2018 registered at Police Station Sadar Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 452/323/506/365/120-B/148/149 IPC from District Hoshiarpur to any other place.

As per reply dated 02.11.2020 filed by the State, challan was presented on 06.07.2019 and the charges were framed on 28.08.2019. On being confronted with this fact, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petition may be disposed of as infructuous. Disposed of as infructuous.
