HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, is for quashing of complaint bearing No.COMI 252/2022 titled as Sunil Kumar vs Altaf Mansuri and another, filed under Sections 499, 500, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, as well as subsequent proceedings arising therefrom along with notice (Annexure P-2) qua the petitioners.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
