Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in India, as such, he cannot comply with the interim order, dated 13.02.2024 passed by this Bench and, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. The application is allowed.

Keeping in view the observations made hereinabove, the present petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage. 2.

The interim order dated 13.02.2024 stands vacated.
