It is further prayed that the petitioner may kindly be exempted from filing the typed/certified copy of impugned order dated 10.07.2025 passed ASJ, Jind and computer generated copy taken out from e-court Jind website and the same may kindly be taken on record.'

CRR No.1996 of 2025 (O & M) -23. Learned counsel for the rival parties, after obtaining requisite instructions from the respective clients, have submitted that the present petition may be disposed of by directing the concerned trial Court to decide the appeal within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the instant order. 3.1 They have jointly further submitted that the order dated 2.4.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jind to the extent, that the petitioner (herein) has been directed to deposit 20% amount of the compensation as awarded by the trial Magistrate be kept in abeyance.

In view of the consent of the rival parties and upon perusal of the record, the instant petition is disposed of in the above said terms. 5.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
