Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing respondent No.2 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioners as they apprehend threat to their life and liberty and their false implication at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 10 and further directions be issued to respondent No.3 not to harass the petitioners at the instance of private respondents No.4 to 10 as the family members of petitioner No.1 have reservation against the live-in-relationship of petitioners and private respondents are also misusing the police force to harass and implicate the petitioners in any false case. It is also prayed to direct respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioners, dated 17.09.2024, Annexure P-3.
