The present Civil Miscellaneous Application was filed on 03.12.2013 by Sh. Yogeshwar Sharma, in person, vide Diary No. 1088531 in FAO No.2077 of 2011. Main case is pending. The Registry had raised objection in the application on 04.12.2013.

As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part3A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re3filed within a total period of 40 days. The same was not taken back for re3filing after removal of objections. Note was published by the Registry in the cause list on 13.8.2015, whereby the advocates were requested to collect their all cases lying with objections, which were filed upto 30.06.2014 for re3filing after removal of objections. It was further notified that all pending cases of this type will be listed in Court for appropriate order on 19.09.2015.

The case was shown in the cause list for 19.9.2015. No one was present.

Keeping in view the aforesaid factual matrix, no further order is required to be passed. The file be consigned to the record. 19.09.2015 .
