CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present writ petition is for quashing of impugned transfer order dated 06.09.2019 (Annexure P-3) as well as relieving order dated 06.09.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide impugned transfer order petitioner has been transfer out of cadre as he belongs to Haryana Cadre but has erroneously been transferred in Mewat Cadre against the Transfer Policy dated 29.06.2016 (Annexure P-1) and amended policy dated 05.06.2017 (Annexure P-2). In this regard, he made representation dated 11.09.2019 (Annexure P-5) to the respondents but no action has been taken so far.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Director General, Elementary Education Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the representation dated 11.09.2019 (Annexure P-5) within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Director General, PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.10.24 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.30470 of 2019 (O&M) -2Elementary Education Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the representation dated 11.09.2019 (Annexure P-5) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
